Shipping Policy
- Orders containing in-stock items generally ship within 24 hours of order placement. All items not in stock generally will ship in 3-5 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays.)
- Damaged shipment? If possible, please request that carrier make note of the damaged shipment. You must notify us within 2 business days. We recommend taking photos of the shipment at time of receipt. Please refrain from discarding any materials or components that were included in the shipment as this may exclude your order from return eligibility.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstance. If the item received is different from the item ordered, you should contact us as soon as possible.
- Shipping information will not be altered in any way once an order has been placed. If any changes need to be made regarding shipping methods or address alterations, please cancel the original order, and resubmit a new order with the correct information.
- Return requests greater than 30 days from receipt of items.
- Opened, damaged, or used items.
- All electrical and specialty items. Specialty items will be listed in the product description.
- Items not in factory boxes or packaging.
- Incomplete returns, missing components.
- All eligible returns are subject to a 25% re-stock fee.
- All clothing needs to be in its original packaging and unused. Restocking fee may apply.
- Any damaged items must be reported within 2 business days.
- All returns must include an RMA number.
